Seven months and growing!

Lil' Davey will be 7 months this week, he truley is growing like a weed. A devilish one that is :)

This week was a buzy one, many long nights at the office. But nothing beats coming up to this.


Happy Birthday Nana! Today we visited my Nana Snyder, she enjoyed lil' Davey's company.


Sidenote: Davey has an appointment on Tuesday back down at St. Christopher's to have a checkup to make sure that nothing has changed from when we last met & to get an eye test. Finger's crossed, we hope all will go well.

New Ride (NOT A VW!)

So we decided to trade the Jetta in this weekend. The last couple weeks the Jetta's illness got a lot worse. It was having throttle body troubles, ABS failures & turbo/boost problems...& about another 6 other things including it needed brakes, rotors etc. Rather than dealing with fixing up & risking my wife & baby sit somewhere or worse get in a wreak. It was time for a change.

The Jetta was Cat's ride so this really was her pick. We needed something bigger, AWD & reliable. After test driving the Passat 4MO, Lincoln MKX, & others the Acura RDX was her choice.

Not so funny note: When Acura was test driving the Jetta for the trade in, it DIED!!! They actually almost got in an accident. UGHHHH!!!

We ended up getting the one right off the showroom floor, it has:

• Technology Package (Nav, Voice Commands, Bluetooth, Rear Camera, etc.)

• Color is Pearl White

Snow Day

Today we woke up to the sound of sleet pounding the windows. So I didn't even try to venture out to the office, my normal 1hr commute took me 2hrs last night so I worked from home. Working from home is cool because taking breaks you get to see this lil guy.

Hey...how you doing?

Today lil' Davey had his second studio photoshoot, this go round was more fun since he is smiling more at 6 months. Isn't he a cutie?

I'm a Noogler

Last week sure was a buzy one, I left on Sunday the 28th for California. My company sent me to Google in Moutain View, CA based just south of San Francisco for training on one of their tools. This trip was the longest I was away from Cat & baby db yet. All in all it was a great experience...The Googleplex truely is an amazing place. From free food from 14 gourmet restraurants to everyday bring your dog to work day to live concerts for their employees the list goes on and on.

I got home late Friday & needless to say Cat, Max & lil' db were all happy to see me. I was also very happy to see them, goes with the saying it is good to go away but great to come home.

Saturday we celebrated my Dad's 50th birthday, it was a happy one for him as well...he is going to the Daytona 500 in 2 weeks!

Then Sunday we did our much needed food shopping and visit Dani & Scooter to watch Da' Bears fall to Peyton & the Colts.
