So there is no doubt that Davey has crawling down, but with the territory comes falling and banging his head. Nothing serious so far but, after a few tears he shakes it off and is right back at it.

On another positive my Dad & I worked on the basement yesterday & today. As you can see the bar is now framed :)
We also framed out the ceiling around the HVAC
